Context
During one year I have documented memories of memories from the Monumental Cemetery in Florence, known as “of the Holy Gates”.
On the gravestones, photographs of the dead are ruined and their names can no longer be read. Which memories do they carry within: from the past and until now? In the end, what do they want to communicate?
Thus was born Unspoken Words, a series of silent images and unspoken words.
